Organizational Consultant and Executive Coach

I am an organizational consultant with over 25 years of change management, organizational development, facilitation, training, and coaching experience, including VP, People & Change for a global services organization.

I have coached and consulted hundreds of clients to design and enable key performance metrics and business outcomes to become future fit amid rapid change, including organizational transformation for clients with large, $100+ million, multi-stakeholder initiatives.

As a facilitator, I co-create space for presencing, emerging leadership and collective intelligence.

I am a leadership coach who is passionate about helping my clients expand their awareness of self, other, and systems to create life-affirming outcomes, in a journey to constantly learn, develop, create, renew, and grow amid a complex and ever-changing environment.

My clients are from all realms and backgrounds and tend to be on a journey from the head to the heart. They are listening and learning from the yearning of their souls.

I hold clients whole, creative, and resourceful as they move through the stages of personal power. I partner with clients to articulate, embody, and realize the amazing, inspiring life they were meant to live. 

I am a trauma-informed coach who specializes in transformational coaching attuning to my client’s natural organic intelligence through somatic, emotional, imaginal, and cognitive channels. I help bring online alchemical self-other-environment awareness, mining the lead (of triggers and inner challenges) to transform to gold (insights and growth), and fueling the metamorphic process of letting go of old survival patterns that no longer serve us and bringing in new, more life-affirming ways of relating to ourselves, others and our natural environment.  

Envision a phoenix rising out of the ashes in a burst of light into the night sky.  Through curiosity, non-judgement and grounded presence, my clients have a place to share their humanity, discover the stories that hold them back, and realize who their souls want them to be. Together, we create the conditions of deep listening, powerful questions, and mindful awareness to explore what’s below the surface and provide the possibility for deeper, lasting change.

Kieran has his Masters in Business Administration. He is a Certified Systemic Team Coach awarded by the Academy of Executive Coaching and Change Manager certified by Prosci. He is Brené Brown Dare to Lead Trained, a Certified Deep Transformational Coach, and a Professional Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

The major transition we undergo in transformation is from a perception of our self that is informed by the limiting and protecting ego to knowing who we are as an evolving yet unlimited soul.
